class=\"tm-cta3-content-wrapper\"><p>I<strong> riproduttori<\/strong> sono mantenuti in un settore dedicato. La <strong>scelta dei riproduttori<\/strong> avviene solitamente sulla base del <strong>tasso di accrescimento<\/strong>, della resistenza alle malattie e dei caratteri morfologici. Tutti i riproduttori vengono microchippati per cui, in ogni momento, &egrave; possibile<strong> conoscere le caratteristiche di ciascun esemplare<\/strong>. Durante il periodo di riproduzione vengono raccolte le uova, tramite un sistema collettore. Le uova raccolte vengono poi messe a schiudere e ci&ograve; avviene generalmente in 2\/3 giorni. In questa fase inizia l&rsquo;<strong>alimentazione esogena con organismi viventi<\/strong>, poich&eacute;, essendo l&rsquo;Orata, il Branzino e l&rsquo;Ombrina voraci predatori, disdegnano, almeno nelle prime fasi dell&rsquo;alimentazione, qualsiasi alimento inerte o privo di vita. In questa fase viene praticata altres&igrave; la<strong> tecnica del &ldquo;green water&rdquo;<\/strong> (acque verdi) con l&rsquo;<strong>immissione di alga nelle vasche di allevamento<\/strong>. I rotiferi vengono<strong> impiegati nell&rsquo;alimentazione larvale<\/strong>. Durante il periodo di riproduzione vengono raccolte le uova, tramite un sistema collettore. Le uova raccolte vengono poi messe a schiudere e ci\u00f2 avviene generalmente in 2\/3 giorni.
